Where is PrintLocker located?
PrintLocker is located at 3415 S. Sepulveda Blvd, Suite 1100, Los Angeles, CA 90034. We are in West Los Angeles, easily accessible from Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, West Hollywood, and the 405 freeway. We are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Is PrintLocker a local company?
Yes. PrintLocker is a locally owned and operated printing company based in Los Angeles, California. We are not a print broker — your job runs on our presses, checked by our team, and shipped from our LA location.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. For urgent after-hours requests, contact us on WhatsApp at (310) 269-9526 and we will do our best to assist.
Ordering and Turnaround
Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes. PrintLocker offers same-day printing for most standard products. Submit your order and print-ready file by 2:00pm Monday through Friday for same-day production. Products available same-day include business cards, flyers, postcards, brochures, banners, posters, and stickers in standard sizes and finishes.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by: (1) filling out our online quote form, (2) calling us at 844-756-2537, or (3) messaging us on WhatsApp at (310) 269-9526. Email us at order@printlocker.com. We typically respond within 1–2 hours during business hours.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Most standard products are available same-day (order by 2pm) or next-day. Premium finishes like raised foil, velvet laminate, and specialty packaging typically require 2–5 business days. We will confirm your turnaround time when you place your order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available at our Los Angeles location at 3415 S. Sepulveda Blvd, Suite 1100, Los Angeles, CA 90034. You can pick up same-day for orders completed before our closing time.
Files and Design
Do you check my files before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a free file check by our prepress team. We review your file for resolution, bleed, color mode, font issues, and sizing before putting it on press. If we find a problem, we will contact you before printing — not after.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and InDesign IDML files. PDFs should be export as PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 for best results. All files should be at 300 DPI minimum with 0.125″ bleed and fonts outlined or embedded.
What color mode should I use?
CMYK. Do not send RGB files for print — colors will shift during conversion. We will flag RGB files during our prepress check, but converting to CMYK before submitting gives you the most control over how your colors reproduce.
Do you offer design services?
We offer minor file fixes as part of our free file check. For full design services — creating artwork from scratch — contact us to discuss your project and we can point you in the right direction.

How do I get a price quote?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Many products have no minimum. Contact us for pricing on any quantity — we handle orders from 25 business cards to 50,000 flyers.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. PrintLocker offers free delivery on most orders meeting a minimum order value. We ship throughout Los Angeles, Southern California, and across the USA via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
